At Taste of Camp this week, our campers were able to show their creativity with some fun fall-themed arts and crafts projects!
Some campers chose to create macrame lanterns. By tying strategic knots in yarn around a jar, the campers were able to create beautiful lanterns to light their way!
Other campers chose to make plaster molds of their hands. The counselors helped each camper cover their hands in strips of plaster. Once the plaster dried, they were left with a replica of each of their hands!
After the art projects, we headed into some more choice activities. Some campers stayed inside to make friendship bracelets, while other headed out to play Can Jam, shoot stomp rockets, and enjoy the fall weather.
Our Taste of Camp day wouldn't have been complete without celebrating some birthdays! We ended our afternoon by singing to Ezra and Gordon and enjoyed some delicious cupcakes.
