WHAT HAPPENS AT MINCHA?
Welcome to the newly redesigned MINCHA program!
MINCHA is a mix of whole-group community experiences, interest-based learning journeys in medium-sized groups, and small group "family" bonding.
At MINCHA, we focus on community building, the formation of Jewish identity, living Jewish values, deeply connecting with each other, staff, and the B'nei Mitzvah experience, and feeling at home at Temple Shalom.
Register today on the Temple Shalom website.

6th grade participants will also attend 1 hour of Small Group Hebrew each week.
It is encouraged, but not required, that 7th graders attend Small Group Hebrew in preparation for B'nei Mitzvot.
B'nei Mitzvah tutoring schedules are determined based on the date of the participant's B'nei Mitzvah service.
MINCHA COMMUNITY GOALS
At MINCHA, every participant will...
...feel safe, welcome, valued, and at home at Temple Shalom.
...establish meaningful connections with their peers, teen leaders, and staff.
...feel comfortable advocating for themselves and others.
...value being a part of a Jewish community as they begin to form their own Jewish identity.
